Welcome to the 2025-2026 school year at Dallas ISD! I’m looking forward to another great school year, and I hope you are, too. Don’t expect any huge changes this year. Last year, students and teachers took to the new curriculum so well that we’re going to keep the happy momentum going. What can you expect? The Dallas Independent School District Department of Athletics is committed to excellence in academics and athletics. We are dedicated to the student-athlete experience, aiming to instill honor and integrity, adhere to the rules of competition and sportsmanship, and produce champions in sports and in life.
Dallas ISD serves more than 12,000 student-athletes in grades 7-12 at 22 comprehensive high schools and 31 middle schools.

P-TECH and Early College Programs
Dallas ISD is expanding opportunities for students, thanks to an exciting partnership with the Dallas College and Institutes of Higher Education. We have 7 traditional Early College High Schools (ECHS), and 18 Pathways in Technology Early College High Schools (P-TECH).
